Made-to-order pieces
Every Afrolume piece is made to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or a change of mind. Please check the sizes on the product page before you order, or email us for help choosing.
Misprinted, damaged or defective
If an item arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email photos and your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Discount codes aren't reissued.
