1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to purchase from us.
2. Made-to-order products
Our products are printed and sewn to order. Because all-over prints are made from flat panels, pattern placement varies slightly from piece to piece and may differ a little from product images. Colors on screen may also vary.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in USD. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or a production issue. If we cancel after charging you, we'll issue a full refund.
4. Promotions
Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Intellectual property
The Afrolume name, logo, original prints (including Lume Grid, Sun Seed and Market Lattice), designs and Site content belong to Afrolume. Please don't copy or use them without written permission.
7. User content
If you send us reviews or photos, or tag us on social media, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in connection with Afrolume. You confirm the content is yours and isn't misleading.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as required by law, the Site and products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in our policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Afrolume is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
